LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE END USER OF THE TEIMSI COMPUTER PROGRAM.

Please read this document carefully.

This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you (either physical or corporate) and "Eloy Roballo Ferrer" ("Author") for the software product "TEIMSI" (Software).

BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.
DEFINITIONS.

The "Software" word has the meaning of "computer program". The property known as "extension" of a complete file's name; will be used to make distinction between specific types of files.

LANGUAGE.

This contract was originally written in Spanish and it could be found in other languages, in case of differences of meaning, then the Spanish version will be the one that applies.
LICENSES.

This "Software" is composed by more than one digital file and folder.

This agreement will let you reproduce, copy and install this computer program if you use the educational edition or if you purchased the user license for the professional edition.

This agreement lets you also to modify files included in the Software by considering the following:

For the files whose extension is "exe" or "dll"; is not allowed the modification, reverse engineering, decompilation or debugging.

For the files whose extension is "tsi" or "thp"; it is also allowed their distribution by accomplishing the following two conditions:

A) The Copyright notice inside the files is left untouched.

B) The files will not be included with lucrative purpose products.
DISCLAIMER.

This is not a public domain software, it is property of "Eloy Roballo Ferrer" and it is protected by copyright laws.

The application and all related documentation is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software remains with you.

In no event shall the author be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software or documentation, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
